Doctor of medicine Natalia Trofimova's more than 30 years of medical experience in the field of therapeutic fasting and diet treatments is at your disposal in Estonia's first and unique nature therapy centre Loodus BioSpa, established in 1998. The centre's founder and director, Dr Natalia Trofimova, a pioneer in the use of therapeutic fastening as a component of nature therapy in Estonia, has developed effective methods for cleansing the organism and restoring health over 30 years of experience. She has developed the Baltic Sea Diet Treatment, which is patented in the European Union. Since 2001 Loodus BioSpa has been consulted by the German expert Mr. Otto Stecher, who has worked as a rehabilitation and spa services expert in Germany, the Baltic States, the Kingdom of Thailand, Ethiopia, the Philippines and elsewhere.

Thanks to the successful cooperation with him, a variety of hydrotherapy, cosmetic and SPA treatments based on the world's newest rehabilitation and diet treatment methodologies can be chosen at the Nature Therapy Centre.
