The recreation centre is located near Lake Pannjärv in Kurtna Lake District, which is the biggest in Estonia.
The complex consists of three buildings. The accommodation facilities of the guesthouse are located on the first floor of the main building of the recreation and sports centre and the sauna house. The double and triple rooms are comfortable and furnished with everything you need. A separate house has more spacious family rooms with all amenities.
There is a cafe on the ground floor of the main house and a sauna complex with a small pool and a fireplace room in the building next door.

- 17 rooms (36 beds): 2 private single rooms, 12 comfortable double rooms, 1 triple room, 2 family rooms (2 adults and 2 children up to 14 years).
