The Kilplased are the characters of a national funny story, who are famous for their unpractical and pointless activities and pranks. The folktales of the Kilplased were known already some 400 years ago in Germany.
Estonian national writer Fr.R.Kreutzwald translated the tales of the Kilplased into Estonian language and made them live in the County of Järvamaa, in the Parish of Peetri.

We have the Council of the Kilplased, main gates, picture stand with holes for one's face, double-trick toilet, children’s playground, swing, tippee, weather station of the Kilplased, basketball and volleyball courts, health trail, darts, wooden sculptures, parking lot, etc.
We offer:
- 1-hour walking tour with a guide, stories and attractions of the Kilplased (to be booked in advance).
- 2-hour adventure tours with games, plays, competitions, songs, dancing, etc. (to be booked in advance).
- Handicrafts room , where you can do crafts, felting, moulding, paint on cups and do other interesting crafts. Cou can take everything you make home with you.
- Visiting of the exhibition at the Council of the Kilplased, downstairs can be rented for birthday parties (20 people).
Organisation of thematic events and parties for about 80 people (birthdays, parties, weddings, corporate summer and winter days), catering on reservation, seminar rooms in the Kilplaste Visitors Chamber.
Additional services: It is possible to buy handicraft and souvenirs related to the region and the Kilplased. It is possible to rent the grill and buy firewood (usage of the barbeque ground is free of charge). Possibility to pitch tents.
The service „Kilplaste humorous adventure trips” and felting, ceramics, soap making, basket weaving, candle base making and recycling craft workshops are recognised with the EHE (Genuine and Interesting Estonia) quality label for ecotourism.
