TOHI Distillery & Visitor Center

TOHI Distillery is located in the historic former distillery of Tohisoo Manor in Kohila, where the character of the old building meets a modern gin distillery and visitor centre. This is where TOHI’s distinctive Estonian craft gins are made. Visitors can take a closer look at the world of gin – see where the gin is produced, discover the botanicals and spices that give it its character, and, of course, taste the gins made on site.

A gin tour takes visitors behind the scenes of the distillery, introducing the story of TOHI and the fascinating process of gin making. Those who would like a more hands-on experience can join a gin-making workshop. Guided by TOHI’s experts, participants can experiment with different flavours and aromas, create their own gin recipe and make a bottle of their very own craft gin.

TOHI is also a distinctive venue for meetings, seminars, training days, birthdays, receptions and other events. Spread across two floors, the bright and welcoming spaces range from a smaller meeting room with a long table to a spacious event hall. The ground floor features a bar and restaurant area, while in warmer weather guests can also enjoy the terrace. Coffee breaks, lunches and dinners can be arranged for events.

And if one day at TOHI is not enough, you can stay overnight – the distillery has two guest apartments.

TOHI brings together local craftsmanship, distinctive flavours, historic surroundings and memorable experiences!
