Welcome to Kuksina Holiday Centre - a cosy, exciting, and refreshingly off-the-grid getaway at the edge of Estonia – the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with friends or family! Here, unforgettable outdoor activities meet modern accommodation, scenic nature of Setomaa, nearby local attractions, and the chance to unwind, swim, and recharge. The centre is ideal for hosting gatherings, birthdays, or team events in a unique natural setting.

Accommodation is offered in six glass houses and - cabins (for 2 people each) and the Chief’s House (for 4 peopl). In total, up to 28 guests can be accommodated – including a 12-person glamping tent and a small trailer for 3 additional guests. Both entire centre bookings and individual accommodation bookings are available.
Catering: For self-catering, guests have access to charcoal grills, large outdoor cooking pot, wok pan, electric stove, microwave, air fryer, full set of dishes, utensils, and a large refrigerator. Breakfast and dinner can also be arranged upon request (price by agreement).
Activities & Leisure: On-site activities include sports courts, various indoor and outdoor games, saunas, hot tubs, and an open-air cinema, among other options.

Kuksina offers active experiences for families with children, groups of friends, and visitors of all ages.
The holiday centre is open from May to September.

2 Glass Houses: These double glass houses with air conditioning offer panoramic views and a comfortable stay. Each house features a wide bed, shelves and cupboards, an electric kettle, coffee machine, mini fridge, and a private bathroom with shower. A spacious wooden terrace surrounds the house for enjoying the outdoors.
4 Glass Cabins: These small double cabins have glass roofs and walls – perfect for enjoying sunlight by day and starry skies by night. A heat lamp provides warmth if needed. For washing, guests can use either a private boat sauna or an outdoor shower. The toilet is a clean and eco-friendly outhouse, typical for the countryside.
Chief’s House (for 4 people): The second floor includes two separate rooms. The master bedroom, with a wide bed, offers a panoramic view over the whole centre. The living room has a TV and a sofa bed for two. On the ground floor, there is a covered outdoor cinema and an outdoor kitchen with a grill area. Washing facilities are available in the sauna, and the toilet is a clean countryside-style outhouse.

Glamping Tent and (12+3 )

Glamping Tent: A large tent is set up on a wooden platform by the pond, offering a comfortable nature stay. The tent is weatherproof and equipped with a mosquito net for a peaceful night’s sleep. For sleeping, the tent features Therm-a-Rest MONDOKING luxury mattresses, filled with soft foam for extra comfort.

Sleeping Trailer "Rong"("Train"): A small trailer with three comfortable sleeping spots on inflatable mattresses. There’s a roof vent and a side window, both fitted with sunshades and mosquito nets. This compact trailer is an extra sleeping option for guests who don’t fit in the main house and prefer not to stay in a glamping tent.
