The Habaja distillery, half an hour's drive from Tallinn, started its vodka production in 1881 under the leadership of the manor owner Hunnius. Today, a small winery is located in the historic building of the Distillery, producing berry and fruit wines, as well as sparkling wines fermented in bottles using the traditional method, mainly from domestic raw materials.
PIZZA & DISHES COOKED ON CAMPFIRE
On weekends, the Distillery's courtyard café serves deliciously crispy pizzas cooked in the hostess's clay oven. By special arrangement, groups can enjoy a five-course meal of dishes cooked on real fire and right in front of the guests - campfire meals in the courtyard of the Distillery.
ENTERTAINMENT
In summer, concerts take place on the floating stage built on the pond, while in winter - when it's cold - you can skate to music on the same pond.
WINE TASTING
Wine lovers can enjoy a variety of tasty delights at the Distillery, such as carefully matched snacks to go with the wine, accompanied by a photo exhibition by the hostess, a photographer. You can also peek behind the curtains of the Habaja winery.
