Cider as a world-famous traditional beverage is in a new Estonian guise here. In addition to cider, we also produce a number of other exciting products such as the popular sparkling wines Rosie, Rosanna and Ruben. The bubbly apple juice Äpu has become a favourite with many families, and the sparkling Vahukass adds a little extra zing to the festive occasion.

We are open for visits during the summer months, but at other times you can make an appointment by phone or email.

A SCENIC CIDER TOUR AND TASTING IN THE CIDER HOUSE.

Cider as a world-famous traditional drink is in a new guise here. In addition to cider, we also produce a number of other exciting products such as the popular sparkling wines Rosie and Rosanna and the bubbly apple juice Äpu, a favourite with many families.

On the tour, we will follow the apple's journey from the top of the tree to the bottle:

  • A tour of the apple orchard;
  • We'll visit the production facilities;
  • Tasting of the finished products.

The Cider House invites you to discover how world-class beverages are created from local raw materials in the beautiful domes of the Otepää Highlands with the support of science and technology.
