Kollassaare hiking hut

Kollassaare farmstead is located on a forgotten swamp island in South Kõrvemaa.

Today, the farm is the spiritual home of the NGO Estlander and it is our heartfelt wish to keep the place in good condition and open to all caring lovers of nature, heritage and the natural world. The free and simple hikers' home in the middle of the bogs and swamps along the RMK (State Forest Management Centre) hiking trail can accommodate up to 20 people on the floor of the hut and the same number in the surrounding forest huts. There are a smoke sauna, a kitchen cabin, a campfire site and an outdoor toilet in the yard.

We can arrange a variety of nature-themed training courses for you in Kollassaare, from swamp training and survival courses to ancient smithwork, campfire cooking and sauna training.
