Location: 35 km from Tallinn (towards Pärnu and Haapsalu).
Laitse Granite Villa is a unique granite house, where you can organize conferences, seminars and other meetings. Celebrate special occasions - weddings, birthdays and get-togethers with friends. The Granite Villa also hosts concerts, theatre performances and exciting discussion clubs on topical issues.
On the ground floor of the Granite Villa there is a large hall (up to 270 people) and a small fireplace hall (up to 40 people). Around the Granite Villa there is a sculpture garden with large statues - the work of the sculptor landlord. During the warmer months, events can also be held in the courtyard - then we can host up to 500 guests.
Active holidays: sculpture modelling and drawing master classes, photography, food preparation and shamanic drum making courses, walking tours, horse-drawn carriage and vintage car rides, horseback riding, rally driving.
Laitse Granite Villa (40 beds)
Accommodation: Laitse Granite Villa has 8 unique suites, which can accommodate a maximum of 40 people family by family.
The suites are located on the second floor and have been built and finished using natural and Estonian materials (clay, wood, granite, glass). Ancestors' wooden furniture, collected and restored over the years, makes each room unique and precious.
All suites are on two floors. On the upper floor there is a bedroom, on the lower floor a lounge with convertible armchairs or sofas and a toilet, shower and bath.
Prices: Suite for up to 2 people €75. Each additional person in the suite €10. Breakfast is not included in the price.
