The Nina Kordon guesthouse is situated in a building which was used as a school house from 1925 and between 1990 and 1998 as a Border Guard building, where it gets its name ('cordon') from. The building remained run down and in poor condition until 2005, when the Alatskivi municipal government decided to sell it at auction. Renovations began in 2006, to turn the building into a guesthouse. So come and stay in one of the most historical buildings in one of the prettiest fishing villages on Lake Peipus - Nina village!
